JISC CRM Good Practice Handbook

The JISC funded Customer Relationship Management (CRM) good practice handbook was launched at the recent AURIL Conference. This was one of two major products from the JISC BCE Programme to launch at the conference, together with the professional development framework and online tool for BCE.

Produced in partnership with the University of Huddersfield and Teesside University, the tool will help you navigate your CRM journey with advice at strategic, operational and practical levels.

The handbook has been developed to help Further Education Colleges and Higher Education Institutions on their CRM journey. With a strong focus on CRM for Business and Community Engagement, its purpose is to guide you through all the key considerations and decision points involved in developing strategic CRM processes across your institution, including guidance on information and data management, change management and organisational alignment.
