I’d like your advise about tendering eligibility for this piece of work. Are you accepting proposals from consultants with experience in the sector or do you require the study to be led by an HEI?

Thanks for your enquiry.
Whilst we can accept proposals from an HEI/FEC in partnership with consultants or other external bodies, the work needs to be led by an HEI/FEC to be eligible (for an FEC within the eligibility criteria regarding number of FTEs taught HE in paragraph 5 of the Circular).
